The Challenge

A child-safe school cannot be created through rules alone. Safety must be part of culture, relationships, and daily practice.

The Approach

Equip teachers with positive discipline methods and help leaders turn safeguarding commitments into working systems.

What this work builds

Teachers are better equipped to replace fear-based discipline with dignity, responsibility, and care.

Next steps

This work continues through practice: listening closely, improving the system, supporting the people inside it, and measuring progress against what children and educators actually need.
